Road-Trippin': From Arizona to Florida

Jeremy's dad lives in Florida and because of his health, is unable to fly out to visit us.  Max has never met him and Alora was under 2 last time we saw him, so we decided it was time to see him.  We bravely decided to drive and make it an adventure.  32 hours can't be too bad, right?  We divided our daily driving time into several days and make some fun stops along the way.

Day one: Goodyear, Arizona to Deming, New Mexico (just 5.15 hrs)
Day two: Deming, New Mexico to San Antonio, TX (9.16 hrs)

San Antonio, Texas: The Alamo

San Antonio, Texas: Ripley's Believe it or Not and Odditorium
Alora and the tallest man.

The heaviest man.

The guy that can pop his eyes out.

Noah has some weird obsession with Morgan Freeman and look who he found!

Part of the Berlin Wall

He survived a shark attack!
While browsing the exhibits, I totally thought this lady was real.  It wasn't until I saw her face that I realized she was a wax figure.

A rhino made completely of toys.

This guy was from a family of "nose swallowers"

I would so wear this!

Noah was trying to look like he belonged.

This has got to be the strangest looking Oprah ever!

Watch out United States!

They had a whole freaky horror exhibit in the basement.  Alora wouldn't go through it and even Noah jumped a couple of times.
Day three: San Antonio, Texas to Biloxi, Mississippi (10 hours)

Jennings, Louisiana: Gator Chateau
A rescued 8-month old alligator.

Biloxi, Mississippi: Random Beach

On this pier a drunk guy showed the kids the bucket of crabs he caught.  He even made a crab "fall asleep" so the kids could touch him.

Jackson found this alligator skull along with some claws and pieces of vertebrae.
Day 4: Biloxi, Mississippi to Bradenton, Florida (9 hours)
We made it, FINALLY!
