Jeremy's Hawaii Trip

Jeremy returned this morning from being in Hawaii the past 10 days. Initially he went there for some Blockbuster related meetings, but he was then allowed to extend his stay in order to visit his older sister, Cindy, and her family. He first stayed in the Turtle Bay resort and then at his sister's in Honolulu. Following are just a few of the things he saw, did, and even tasted.

Above: This is a view from Jeremy's room at the Turtle Bay resort. The recent movie, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, was filmed here.

Below: One of the many Tiki Gods he saw.

Above: One of the many ocean views he saw while driving around Honolulu .

Below: This is one of the areas Jurassic Park was filmed.

Above: This is the tree where the characters hid under when they found themselves in the middle of the running dinosaur herd.

Below: Jeremy visited the Dole pineapple plantation. He was surprised to learn that pineapples do not grow on trees, but from the ground. Just about everyday he ate pineapple.

Above: On one of his free "work" days, Jeremy and some of the other District Managers chose to go horseback riding. Since Jeremy had been on a horse more recently than everyone else, he was given the "friskier" horse.

Above: Jeremy wanted to see Dog from Dog the Bounty Hunter, but both times he went, no one from the main group was there.
