After finding what seems like the perfect home for us, and realizing that the build time is only about 2 1/2 months, we decided to put our home up for sale again. Hopefully this time things will work out in our favor. We have a new agent who already has done more than our previous agent and we have the future home all picked out (assuming all the lots aren't gone yet). Now maybe we'll find that serious buyer...
