This is an awesome recipe. It is easy to make and tastes creamy and rich. Enjoy!
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
12 ounce white baking chips
3/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
t tsp vanilla
Line 8-inch square pan with wax paper, extending foil over edges. Set aside. In large saucepan, heat condensed milk and peanut butter over medium heat until just bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in white chocolate until smooth. Immediately stir in peanuts and vanilla.
Pour into prepared pan; spread evenly. Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm. Use wax paper to lift candy out of pan. Cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
